Built circa 1921, this elegant classical revival home was originally constructed solely as a two-story residence with a full basement.  The one-story addition to the west, with its delicate gable fanlight accompanied by the fabulous pool house, were added at a later date.  The first residents were David and Vivian Perkins.  David served as manager for the Southern Cotton Oil Company.  By 1926, this couple moved and Frank and Alice Morrow resided here.  Frank was the chief auditor for the Alabama Power Company.  The next documented residents were Rich and Louise Hundley.  Mr. Hundley was listed as a merchant farmer in the 1938 city phone directory.

 

Current owners, Mike and Robin McCutcheon, purchased this fabulous home in 2022.
